One of the hardest qualities to find in a good coach is passion. However, when you find someone passionate, you can feel the difference immediately.
I chose to become a Treasure Discovery Coach and Life Designer because I am deeply passionate about what I do, and my goal is to help others discover their own passions.

Whatever we do in life, whatever goals we set, our emotions are always involved. That’s why, as a coach, my role is to approach situations with emotional intelligence while also offering an objective perspective to guide you along the way.

Success is not a coincidence. Someone who doesn’t prepare is unknowingly preparing for failure. However, the preparation process is often overlooked because the reward isn’t yet visible. We often operate on a hypothesis: "One day, when the time comes..." But before that day arrives, defining your goal, internalizing it, and breaking the path to that goal into small steps are the most important parts of the transformation process you’ll experience with me.

The human mind wants things "here and now." However, if you try to taste every flavor at a buffet, you’ll end up struggling to digest it all. On the other hand, every small step is like chewing a bite thoroughly, savoring its flavor, and swallowing it. It’s easy to digest and provides true satisfaction in the long run. When you align with small steps, short-term enjoyment and long-term success become inevitable.

If you truly want to achieve success, you must first accept this: Your coach won’t offer you chocolate-covered candies. They might tell you truths that no one else has dared to say. You might also face your dreams and fears, perhaps for the first time. It’s at this point that realistic and achievable goals are born.
A true coach creates a circle of trust with you while also helping you set sail from the harbor where you’ve anchored. One of the most important tasks of a coach is to help you step out of your comfort zone. Because transformation begins beyond that zone.

As your coach, my job is not to tell you what to do but to ask the right questions so you can find the answers yourself. These questions will propel you on your journey to discovery. When you feel like giving up, I won’t be the friend who says, “Don’t worry, just let it go, you’re already too tired.” I’m the one who sees your potential and guides you to remove the invisible obstacles in your way.

Remember, there’s no such thing as a “better time.” The right time to start is NOW.
