BEING A WOMAN

A world where we don’t feel the need to defend ourselves.Where we don’t have to put in extra effort just to be noticed.
Where we don’t have to prove to our partners, to the men in our lives:"I am not your rival, I am not here to defeat you—I am simply walking my own path."
Where we don’t have to say:"I was not raised to serve you, to please you."
Where we don’t have to justify that wearing a short skirt is not an invitation.
A world where we can claim our place without having to become more masculine just to be taken seriously.
Where we don’t have to wonder:"Is he looking at my legs? My chest? Is my voice coming from there, or did his eyes just drift?"
Where we don’t have to remind men that just as we look them in the eye while speaking, they should do the same for us.
Where taking what is rightfully ours in the workplace is simply our right, not something we must pay for in another way.
A world where feminine and masculine, male and female, LGBTQ+ identities make no difference when it comes to human rights.
There is so much more to say. This is just a small reflection of my thoughts.
Let’s create a world where we don’t have to prove our equality—where it is simply understood, accepted, and lived naturally.
A world where we erase the biases that even we, as women, have absorbed into our subconscious.
A world that changes.
A world where we stand together—hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder, in solidarity.
A world where beauty is built together.
