Sometimes, you have to sit with unanswered questions.

Sometimes, you get exactly what you wished for—and yet, you still overlook it.

You fight, you struggle, you push through, but when you finally achieve it, you barely acknowledge it.

Instead of crowning your achievements, you minimize them. Instead of adding beautiful periods to the end of your successes, you leave them hanging—unfinished, uncertain, full of question marks.

And then?

Then you turn to life and say, “Why doesn’t anyone appreciate me?”

You sulk. You resent.

You seek validation in the outside world, but when you turn the magnifying glass inward, you realize—you're the one being inconsistent.

If you want to stop fighting with life, first learn how to be kind to yourself.

Are you giving yourself the appreciation you so desperately want from others?

Pause. Be honest. No one else needs to know your answer.

But you do.

And while you’re at it, put down the whip of self-criticism.

You’ve carried it long enough.
