HONEST POSSIBILITIES

Imagine that humans live inauthentically. And they don’t even realize it.

If the things unfolding in your life don’t align with what you say you want, then know this: first, you’re lying to yourself, and then, you’re performing for the world. You say you want things, but deep down, you don’t actually intend to pursue them.

Maybe responsibility, to you, means just barely holding on—just enough to say you tried. Maybe you’re just playing the role of someone who cares.

Let’s say you’re a liar. And the person you deceive the most is yourself.

Then what?

Then it’s time to stop dressing your stories with “but” and “because.” Stop decorating them with excuses. Take an honest look at what is real. Life is real. Stand up and own your truth. Stop playing a role.

Because unless you are honest, even if the doors to endless possibilities open for you, you will never walk through them.
