SOMETIMES, EVERYTHING HAPPENS AT ONCE

Today was one of those days! First, I attended a dear friend’s mother’s funeral. Then, later in the day, I celebrated another friend’s new business opening. The farewell of endings, the warm welcome of beginnings. Life moves with every moment—ending, starting, continuing… Everything happens at once, merging into one another.

It’s like a cycle—recycle, if you will. Grief carries a moment of joy, joy stands beside longing, longing transforms into sorrow, and at the very edge of sorrow, hope quietly appears.

Despite all these emotions, finding balance remains my greatest hope. Not being tossed from one extreme to another. Like a tree that bends with the wind instead of resisting the storm—graceful, flexible, resilient.

📌 Have you ever had a day where life threw everything at you at once? How did you navigate the mix of emotions?
