THERE IS. For you, for us, there is…

Yesterday, during a long phone call with a friend, she said:

"Can you write down what you just told me? I want to have those words nearby, to revisit them when I need them."

So I thought—if I’m going to write it down,

why not let anyone who’s interested take from this box of words and use them too?

I had a deep-rooted habit I never fully noticed before:

Seeing life through "lack."

When I first realized this, I assigned myself a detective—someone to track every word I spoke.

(Since I wanted it to be free and available 24/7, I made myself the detective.)

And then, I started noticing…

I’d walk into a store and say:"You don’t have the red version of that sweater, do you?"

Wait… what? Why phrase it like that?

My detective got more focused,

and the notes piled up.

"I bet there’s no parking spot here.""Of course, I got in the slowest line."

These were small examples.

But they existed in my friendships, my relationships, my family.

Always expecting “lack.”

Then one morning, I woke up with one word in my head:

“There is.”

(Usually, I wake up humming a song. But that day—it was this.)

So I sat down and started writing:

What if things already “were” instead of “weren’t”?

And it began to form:

There is.

There is what I need. There is what I desire.

There is for me, for my life, for everyone I connect with.

I welcome what “there is” brings into my life.

I allow myself to embrace its miracles.

I choose to receive its abundance.

I allow myself to enjoy its gifts.

I accept that "there is" makes life easier, richer, fuller.

I choose to honor, hold, and take responsibility for "there is."

And I commit to making it as real, as present, and as tangible as possible.

I let go of looking at others and saying:

"That one will never figure it out."

"That one is just unlucky."

"That poor soul will never get it right."

Because sometimes, I have been arrogant in my assumptions.

But now, I choose different.

There is.
